When Sarasota patients have “parenthesis lines” or deep frown lines on the forehead, many Sarasota patients come to see us for a face fill. Through a combination of the use of face fill products like Botox and tissue fillers (Juvaderm, Radiesse), we are able to do a face fill in Sarasota with those lines to make the areas look much less sunken. A face fill where you have deep wrinkles rejuvenates the face. In some face fill cases at our Sarasota practice we use fat from the patients that is harvested and transplanted from one area to another for the face fill-(the face, breasts, or buttocks). Although synthetic face fill materials work great, we prefer the transfer of the patient’s natural tissues, if possible.
In some cases at our Sarasota office we offer fuller lips with an off-label use of an FDA-approved product call Silikon 1000 for the very fine lines around the lips. For fuller lips, we enhance the volume with Juvaderm or fat on the inside and Silikon 1000 on the edge. At our practice in Sarasota we have one advantage to fuller lips with Juvederm because of is its pliant gel consistency. The benefit of fuller lips may last even longer if you have a follow-up treatment a few weeks after the first treatment in our Sarasota practice. This gives the Sarasota patient a more youthful appearance and very natural results by having fuller lips.
